This magnificent apartment is built on the beach by the Paseo Maritimo in Marbella, alongside the Puerto Deportivo. Each of the three bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, the apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room, a storage and utility room and a spacious lounge leading out to the terraces. The extensive terraces provide panoramic views over the beach, the marina and the Mediterranean, which you can enjoy while eating meals prepared on the integral barbecue. Barrier controlled parking is available in the port, with 24 hour security, and there is the option to rent a garage.

The villa is obviously in an ideal location convenient for all amenities, including excellent restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping streets. Marbella is one of the most important and exclusive beach resorts of the Costa del Sol, being a favourite destination for wealthy tourists from Northern Europe. Although very much a modern town it's origins date back to 1600BC, so it is impossible to walk the streets of the "Old Town" without finding a little bit of history in front of you, reflecting the Moorish/Andalucian history of the area.

The area is especially noted for its golf courses, often designed by such luminaries as Seve Ballesteros and Peter Alliss. You will also find yourself only fifteen minutes from the Hipodromo Mijas Costa, arecently built all weather racetrack which has meetings throughout the year including floodlit night racing on summer weekends. The course also boasts plenty of entertainment including bars, music and restaurants.
