Pine Tree Villa

This rustic villa overlooks protected dunes with pine trees and is close to kilometres of beautiful sandy Blue Flag Atlantic beaches. It has its own small pool, large grounds and parking area behind locked gates. It also has a one-bedroom annexe at the rear which can be rented with the villa or separately. Both the external terrace and the sitting room have views of the pine woods. The path to the beach leads through the trees, the beach is 5 minutes walk.The sea is very safe for children and is also suitable for various sports. The property has a fully equipped kitchen and there are BBQ facilities on the terrace. Beach restaurants nearby are open during the summer months and at weekends throughout the year. The villa is within 15 minutes walk of Islantilla with its beach front restaurants which are open all year round, its supermarket and cinema complex. The international standard 27-hole golf course is 30 minutes walk, or five minutes by car.

This is a villa on the little known Costa de la Luz in Andalucia, southwest Spain. Although close to three international airports: Faro, Seville and Jerez, the roads have only recently been upgraded to make access very easy. It is near to the traditional fishing and market town of Isla Cristina in one direction and, in the opposite direction, Islantilla resort with it's golf course, shopping and leisure complexes (including a cinema). Perfectly situated for exploring the surrounding area; only 45 minutes to Donana Nature Reserve and Huelva City, one hour to the Andalucian capital of Sevilla, 15mins to Portugal, 50mins to Faro. This is a good location for water-sports, golf and bowling, for people wanting to understand the history and culture of the area and for those who just want to relax in one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of Spain.
