Casa Carlota has direct access to stretches of beautiful sandy Atlantic beaches. The villa sits in a privileged position, nestling into the protected beach dunes where no new development is allowed. It has large grounds with terraces, one of which is shaded by grape vines; bougainvillea and geraniums blossom all year round.

The upstairs apartment has two large panoramic terraces for eating & sunbathing, giving great views over the dunes, the pine & eucalyptus woods, and out over the Atlantic beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 double with ensuite bathroom and 1 twin room, and sleeps a maximum of 4 people. There is a modern kitchenette/dining/living area.

The downstairs apartment has a terrace for eating al fresco, which is partially shaded by a climbing grape vine; there is also a BBQ area. The modern kitchen has ample dining area, and there is a sitting room with an open fire. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one en-suite with a king size bed, one with a single bed and a bunk bed, and one with a long single bed; a maximum of 6 people can be accommodated. There is also an additional, separate bathroom.

The whole property can be rented as a single villa, as the two apartments are connected by a locking interconnecting door. As a villa it will comfortable sleep 10 people. As the whole property is only metres away from the beach there are also beach showers and a beach hut for storing beach umbrellas and accessories. The villa is really in an idyllic location, with a few individual neighbouring chalets a short distance away, and mainly surrounded by natural vegetation. There are parking facilities for several cars, behind locked gates.

As the property is away from the road it is very suitable for children, with a sand path between the house and the beach (less than a minutes walk!) leading to the Atlantic, which is very safe for children at this point of the coast; in the period June-September there is a beach hut cafe open only 200m along the beach. It is only five minutes drive, or a twenty minute stroll along the sea front, to the traditional fishing town of Isla Cristina, with it's all-year restaurants, Playa Centrale and other facilities. Ten minutes drive in the opposite direction will get you to Islantilla resort, with it's international standard golf course and other leisure facilities (which include a cinema).
