This is a new property, only two minutes walk from the magnificent Atlantic beaches of Isla Canela. On the lower level there is a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, twin bedroom and a bathroom. The upper level has one double bedroom, with ensuite facilities and dressing room, and two additional twin rooms which share a bathroom. Stairs lead to a sun room/solarium, with views towards the Atlantic. These same Atlantic views can be enjoyed from the balcony and terraces that are accessible from the main bedrooms.

A private pool is being added for the 2008 season, as well as a 5th bedroom.

Isla Canela is the coastal area of Ayamonte, a bustling Andalusian border town in the Huelva district of Andalucia. The beach is very safe and ideal for water sports, with a sandbank out to sea where "almejas" (mussels) can be fished. The beaches are highly prized by Spaniards, but still little known to foreigners. Restaurants and cafes are 3mins walk, 4* hotel 5mins walk, and supermarket 10mins. The marina area, Punta del Moral, is a 5-6 minute drive and in the summer evenings can also be reached through the use of a small 'train'. Ayamonte has a lovely fishing port, an 'old town', many walking streets, beautiful shops and tapas bars.
