Isla canela

This is a two bedroom apartment in a small 'urbanización' only 100 meters from the beach at Isla Canela. The apartment has one double room and a family room with a bed and sofabed, it will sleep 4-6 people. The courtyard entrance will take you into a well equipped kitchen, dining room and living room leading to a terrace overlooking the communal pool and landscaped gardens. A second higher terrace will provide you with views out to sea. There is parking available.

Although Isla Canela is a very new development, built in Arabic style, there is plenty to occupy your time with the well-organised marina, seafood restaurants and tapas bars all within walking distance. Motor boats and sailing boats can be rented, and sailing courses are run from the beach. These are the beaches of the thriving, authentically Spanish and charming border town of Ayamonte. From here you can take ferry rides over to Portugal or use the picturesque bridge over the Guadiana River to drive across to the Portuguese Algarve.
