DISABLED USE: The house itself seems to be wheelchair accessible as it is on the same level as the parking area. However, there is a step up into the house. The house has NOT been checked for disabled usage by an expert. We would be happy to discuss this aspect with prospective clients. |
This modern architect designed villa completed in 2004, offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms and one shower room; one of the bedrooms has ensuite facilities. The village of Villablanca, situated in the province of Huelva, is a quaint Spanish pueblo 5km off the main E1 motorway, 10 minutes from both the Portuguese border and the town of Ayamonte. It is very small and friendly, and within its narrow streets are restaurants, bars, banks and a variety of shops. Just a short drive brings you to a number of excellent golf courses and some of the best beaches in Spain.
