TV and satellite/cable in lounge and in master bedroom. The villa is spread across 3 floors and has stairs and open railings. This should be considered when traveling with very small children who like to climb.

This is a south-facing beach villa at the western end of the Portuguese Algarve. The villa has five bedrooms, all with their own terrace with seaview, and can comfortably accommodate ten people. The contemporary interior includes a well equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar, dining area and a living area featuring a full home cinema system which houses a DVD/CD/radio player with amazing surround sound and satellite/cable TV; the master bedroom also has satellite/cable TV, as well as a jacuzzi from which to watch the Atlantic sunsets. The villa is spread across 3 floors and features air conditioning and under floor heating throughout.

Outside there is a kidney-shaped private pool, with a poolside sun terrace together with a covered patio area for dining and a lawned area. There are 2 more lawned and landscaped areas at different levels for your use. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and well maintained and there is also a large shaded area with outdoor table and chairs. It is just a short walk to an idyllic cove with a private beach and exclusive beach bar/restaurant, only accessible to the properties in this develeopment.

Nearby are the sleepy fishing villages of Burgau and Salema nearby with great restaurants and unspoilt beaches. Lagos with its unspoilt charm is only 15 minutes drive away, where you can enjoy great bars/restaurants, new marina, beaches and coves. You can also use the Parque da Floresta facilities (5 minutes drive), including tennis, bowling, spa and gym, discounted Green Fees, golf academy, clubhouse with restaurants, kids club and kids soccer. The west coast of Portugal, with some wonderful surfing, is only 20 minutes away.
